This ultra-concentrated, nanocrystalline polysilazane + graphene formulation chemically bonds to the surface, forming a dense, glass-ceramic shell that enhances gloss, increases surface hardness, and dramatically improves chemical and environmental resistance.

 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

READ FIRST

Kronos is a high-solids, professional-grade coating designed for maximum durability and performance. It is not a beginner “wipe-on/wipe-off” system. Environmental conditions and surface types will affect working time — always perform a test panel.

 STEP 1: Surface Prep

  • Wash and fully decontaminate (The Furies Iron Remover, clay, etc.)
  • Use Peleus Panel Prep to remove all oils and residues
  • Ensure surface is cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight

 STEP 2: Application

  • Shake bottle thoroughly
  • Use a Phoenix E.O.D. Microsuede Applicator Block
  • Apply 5–10 drops in a line across the applicator
  • Work one panel at a time using a cross-hatch pattern

 STEP 3: Flash Time

  • Warm/humid: 30–45 seconds
  • Cool/dry: 60–90 seconds
  • Watch for hazing or rainbowing
  • Do not exceed 2 minutes without testing first

STEP 4: Leveling

  • Use a clean microfiber to level
  • Follow immediately with a second towel
  • If streaking occurs, lightly reapply to reactivate and level

 STEP 5: Layering (Optional)

  • Wait minimum 1 hour between layers
  • Do not exceed 3 layers

 Curing

  • Avoid water for 24 hours
  • Remove standing water for 48 hours
  • Full chemical cure at 7 days

If early exposure is possible, apply Titan SiO₂ Hybrid Detailer as a sacrificial layer

 Important Notes

  • Always test in an inconspicuous area
  • Heat and humidity significantly affect behavior
  • Store tightly sealed in a cool, dry place
  • Do not allow to freeze
  • Use gloves and ensure proper ventilation
